We accept PayPal and Debit or Credit cards for all online orders. Alternatively you can visit our store and pay by cash or card. You can also pay over the phone by calling us on 01902 497598.
We dispatch all orders within 1 working day and aim to deliver all products within 2 working days.
We ship worldwide please call or message us for a quote to your country if it is not within mainland United Kingdom
Please note we cannot send aerosols to anywhere other than mainland England and Wales due to VOC restrictions.
The buyer shall be liable for any import taxes, charges, duties or clearance costs.

My order has not arrived, how can I get assistance?
If your order does not arrive within 3 working days please contact us on 01902 497598. International orders can take up to 28 working days.
We only accept payment via PayPal online, one of the worlds securest payment options which ensures the security of all your online transactions.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14 day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your product or it is damaged on delivery. Please send the item back to us and upon receipt we will issue you a full refund. Please return all items using a tracked postal service as we will not be liable for items lost in post.
However, if you no longer want an item please return it in brand new condition in the original manufacturers packaging. A minimum £3.00 restocking fee will be applied to your refund amount. For high value goods this amount can be considerably higher, please contact us beforehand.
